SpotTracker troubles

Hi all,

I'm having a number of troubles with the SpotTracker plugin. Problems are verified in both ImageJ and Fiji (both updated immediately before testing). I'm using linux, Ubuntu 12.04, and working with the example data Sequence.tiff.

The classic version runs, but the nodes table is cut off before the first element so I cannot manage nodes. screenshot attached.

The extended version gives me a blank results table no matter what parameters I test. At the bottom there's an info bar that says "Terminated [1.0ms]". There is no helpful output on the terminal when I start from the command line.

Has anyone else run into these problems and perhaps found a solution?

There is also a problem with the Enhancing Filter packaged with the extended plugin. It's missing the relevant class and runs only after installing the classic version, after which it runs as expected.
