I’ve been seeing a lot of profiles on professional networking sites that use headshots that look just a bit too perfect. The skin has zero imperfections and the eyes have a glassy look that doesn't quite match the lighting of the background.
I suspect many of these might be AI-generated or heavily airbrushed to create a false persona. It’s becoming a real problem for recruiters who want to meet the real person behind the resume.
