Stack equalization

Knecht, David
I have a time series stack of 16 bit phase contrast images.  They get increasingly darker with time because condensation gradually accumulated on the lid of the dish. Is there an easy way to generate an 8 bit stack in which the brightness is compensated during conversion so they all have about the same average brightness?  Thanks- Dave

Re: Stack equalization

Knecht, David
THanks for the suggestions.  I have not tried all, but I found a good solution in a Macro called "Bleach Correction" from Jens Rietdorf.  Dave
