Stack to RGB

Cohen, Ethan D

I have a 1kx1K 8 bit set of stacks of a 2 color Z series from a Leica Sp2.  (so 2 25 frame z stacks, one green, one red).

I use Bio formats to import the files as a hyperstack in FIJI.  Color one red, the other green.  So far, so good.

Now I use Stack to RGB, but it gripes  "A 2 or 3 image stack or hyperstack is required".

Is this a bug, or am I missing something?  I have tried converting to stacks, stack concatenate..

Ethan.

Re: Stack to RGB

OK, I get it for those who may also be muddle by this.

"Stack to RGB" only combines 2 or 3 single images into 1 single RGB image.

To work on R/G/B stacks use:  "Bio-Formats" to import the stack.

"Image5D".   "Stack to Image5D", "Image5D stack to RGB".. That is the answer.
