Hi Everybody,
I'm new to ImageJ and I would like to register a large number of coronal brain slices from a rat. I tried using StackReg to do this, however after running the plugin, the images were definitely NOT registered. I believe this is due to the fact that unlike turboReg, it never allowed me to manually set the reference points on the reference image. I am not sure how to make this work. Does anyone have any advice? Please?
