Hi,
I've just started with the program and I find it a bit difficult, I want to track some cells during a time-lapse image sequence, is this possible in imageJ? is there any manual for beginners that I can start with? Thanks Alba |

Hi Alba,
I am new to the program as well. I just sent a message out to the group, which you might see. I am also trying to track cell movement by time-lapse. My method differs in that I import an AVI file into the program, which can be accomplished through the AVI reader plug-in. If either of us have any specific problems, maybe we could work through them together.
