Hi everyone!
I'm using for the first time ImageJ so i'm starting to have some basic questions. I hope that you can help me.
My current work is to determine the average diameter of spherical objects obtain trough a microscope.
My first question is why major axis and ferret values are different?
My second question is how can i convert pixels to mm with an image of 1600x1200 size?
Finnaly, can i label the objects and obtain the correspondent labels in results table?
