I am trying to manually stitch two stacks together and I believe I have used MosaicJ to do this in the past. When I try to run it now, I get an error: MosaicJ_ not up-to-date because 1 source files are not up-to-date.
Does anyone know how to fix this or is there another manual stitching plugin that might work. The automatic plugins generally don’t work for the type of data I am trying to stitch, but it is easy to do manually. Thanks- Dave
