Substack Maker plugin broken under Leopard (Mac OSX 10.5.2)

I recently upgraded my system to Leopard (Mac OSX 10.5.2), and now the
plugin Substack Maker seems to be broken.  It compiles and runs, giving me a
dialog that asks which slices to include, but then I get an error dialog:
"Input required."  This problem affects ImageJ on my Mac G5 PowerPC Dual
2GHz with 5GB of RAM; but I don't have any trouble using Substack Maker on
my Intel mac.

Any help would be much appreciated.
