Substract background for multiple images

Muhammad Ichwan
Hi,

I have hundreds of images. And I have to substract the background of the
whole images. Is there any plugin that enables me to apply "substract
bacground" to the whole images? For now, I do it one by one. And it is
really time consuming.

Thank you for your advise.

Best,
Ichwan

Hi Ichwan,
To do simple batch processing of many images, the simpler is to treat all
your images as an image stack and process it. Open all your images as a
stack with the "File>Import File Sequence..." command. Then you can use the
"Process>Substract Background..." command and it will sequentially process
all your images. Save all the images by File>Save As>Image Sequence... with
the "Use Slice Labels as File Names" option checked.

Cheers,

Christophe
