Hi there,
I was wondering if there is a way of changing the default colour once the subtract background function has been used. At the moment it is set to black, and as I am looking at some dark material it would be useful for me if the background was white not black. Thanking you for your help in advance. Rhodri Wilson |
Hi Rhodri,
you can invert the whole image ("Invert LUT" or use other image processing) IMHO only replacing one color out of 256 (or even up to 65536) in the LUT is probably not what you want, if your background is not 100% flatr and noisy, it will not work as you expect. Maybe I do not understand what exactly "default color" means in your case..... Then you will get a white background. What version of ImageJ are you using? cheers, bruno On Wed, Feb 27, 2008 at 7:59 AM, Joachim Wesner < [hidden email]> wrote: > Hi Rhodri, > > you can invert the whole image ("Invert LUT" or use other image > processing) > > IMHO only replacing one color out of 256 (or even up to 65536) in the LUT > is probably not what you want, if your background is not 100% flatr and > noisy, it will not work as you expect. > > Maybe I do not understand what exactly "default color" means in your > case..... > > Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Best regards > > Joachim Wesner > > > > > "Wilson R S (AT)" > <[hidden email] > .UK> An > Gesendet von: [hidden email] > ImageJ Interest Kopie > Group > <[hidden email].
