Hi all,
I am using Sync Measure 3D to measure the distances between FISH signals obtained by DeltaVision. When I look for FISH signals and draw a ROI around the signal, I can see the coordinates of the signal presumably in microns. The problem is that the Z values are within 2 to 7 at that point, but after measurement by just double-clicking in the ROI, the Z values in the result are almost around 4 despite the X and Y values do not change so much.
If there is anyone who knows the reason and how to fix it, please let me know.
