Hi Raunak
I have used Knime for calculating the Tamura features for 2D images. I
know Knime also has Haralick features.
If you are not familiar with it Knime is an open source data-analysis
platform.
http://tech.knime.org/community/image-processingIt is a cousin of imagej within the scijava stack (
http://www.scijava.org/).
It is a bit different then imagej as it is "node" driven opposed to menu
driven. Among other things Knime is very useful for analyzing features of
large numbers of images.
