TrakEM empty cache

Dear list and dear Albert,

I am getting this message from TrakEM: "please empty cache, free up some
memory".
I tried to use the command in Project-flush image cache...but it does not
make any difference. I tried to click on FIJI status bar but nothing. Could
you tell me exactly what I should do to empty the cache, please?
Moreover, I have used the 3d viewer, from TrakEM, for few months without
any issue but recently it has started to be very slow and freeze. It's
quite impossible to work with it right now. Could it be related to the
cache issue?
