TrakEM2: Illegal Capacity error in Stitching scripts

Dear All,

I'm using the function StitchingTEM.montageWithPhaseCorrelation to script stitching of image pairs. I get this "Illegal Capacity: -1 [Ljava.lang.StackTraceElement" error for some situations. This shows as a pop-up menu that I have to 'OK' manually. Is there a way of catching this exception and avoiding the code to be interrupted?
