Hi,
I am trying to build 3D model for vessel branching using sequential sections and TrakEM2.
So I have, for example 50 images. It could be 200 vessels per section. I can make them "binary" to highlight vessels.
The problem is, that I still have to "segment" each vessel on each image manually in TrakEM2.
I am looking for solution, how to make such segmentation really automatic.
