TrakEM2 connectivity matrix

Dear all,
I use Fiji/TrakEM2 for neuronal reconstruction. There are two problems which occur with areatrees and connectors. First: Both sometimes are not visible on the display, partly and also randomly.
Second if I export the connectivity matrix there are also areatrees and connectors (with pre and postsynaptic aim) are missing. But there is no error message.

This error is related to what object is selected, and it is a visualization
error only. Annoying as it is, the error has proven hard to fix over
time--I've known of this error for 2 years now. Appears only in some
computers.

This potential error is new to me. Have you made sure that the radii of the
connectors enclose the target areatree nodes, as explained here:
