TrakEM2 connector

jrybak
Hi
In the article TrakEM2 Software for neuronal circuit reconstruction by Cardona et al 2012 they described an interactive table that list all incoming and outcoming connectors of a neuron and who they connect to.
We do not know how to create such that table.
We are also trying to create a schematic drawing (neural circuitry)  of the connectivity between different neurons reconstructed . We connected some area lists with each other using the connector module. Is there any possibility to get a diagram out of this?

Thanks for your help

Select a treeline or areatree, then right-click and choose the menu "Review
- View table of outgoing/incoming connectors".

Yes. Right-click, select "Export - Connectivity graph". Choose in the
dialog which kind of elements you want to include (like arealists alone in
your case), and then it will popup in three text windows as three flavors.
One of them is SIF, which Cytoscape can open directly.
