Hello,
I am using TrakEM2 to segment across multiple regions in 3D, then export the image stack under the arealist for further processing/analysis. My problem is that I have two channel data and I would like to export the image stack under those arealists for both channels.
I am able to load and align both channels and manipulate their visibility within TrakEM2, but the data that exports is only from the channel that appears first under the Patches tab in TrakEM2. I can rightclick on the other (bottom position under Patches) channel and choose Move-Move up or Move-To top, but that only moves a single slice to the top position, not the whole stack for that channel. I'm clearly missing something. Help!
