Dear ImageJ colleagues:
Can someone provide me with recommendations on excellent videos (or other
resources) depicting step by step (and easy to follow) instructions on how
to produce publication-quality tridimensional reconstructions of .dcm files
and viewing that 3D reconstruction? Currently, I have 2,657 slices that
need to be put together and have access to a computer with an i5 8600 core,
8GB of RAM, and 500GB hard drive. If I use this computer and ImageJ,
approximately how long would it take to get the job done?
If you have a constructive suggestion, please email me directly,
[hidden email].
Gratefully,
Jorge
