Hi,
I have a lot of immunoflourescent images showing fibers in various orientations. The OrientationJ plugin did a fantastic job of characterizing the fiber orientations with coherency's very close to 1. As a follow-up I would like to be able to measure the the length of those fibers too.
These fibers are too small to accurately trace with a line and measure pixel length by hand. And, the crack length characterization thread I found doesn't really apply for me. So, does anyone know how to automatically measure fiber length? Is there someway to do it with OrientationJ?
