Tumor volume measurement on MRI

meiyun wang
 Dear all,

I would like to get tumor volume measuremeats on MR images. Usually a MRI
sequence or stack
includes about 20 slices. What I should do is to outline the tumor on the
slices that the tumor is shown, and then calculate the total tumor volume
instead of
area. I have tested it using ImageJ but not find a good way to do
it. I'm new to ImageJ but I'm very interested in it. Hopefully I could get
help from you and tell me how to get the tumor volume measurements by using
the software (not by code as I'm not good at code). I would appeciate it
verty much!

Thank you very much,
Meiyun
