Twain Scan Plugin, Leica DFC 295, Timelapse

Max-Joseph Kraus
Hello ImageJ-World!

I finally found the new ImageJ Twain Scan Plugin (Marcel Austenfeld) which seems to work with my Leica DFC 295. But I desperately need a timelapse function, which enables me to take a picture every hour for about 5 days.
I tried MikroManager, which does the timelapsing and I could even manage to connect the Leica, but I could not change any settings of the camera.

I read something about a Timelapse-Macro for JTwain Plugin and Twain Plugin, but I cannot afford to buy Twain Framework Software.

If you have any suggestions, please let me know!

I'am doing microscopic studies on platelets and their behaviour. This needs frequent adjustments of the camera settings (histogramm) via the twain interface and an automated shutter-release. I would need a possibility to start the cameras twain interface, do the necessary adjustments, and than start an automatic timelapse for a given periode. It would be best, if I could change the settings at the twain-interface, while the software keeps taking timelapse pictures.

Thank you very much for every response!

With the best greetings from Germany!
Max
