Hi all,
This is my first post, so let me start off by saying that ImageJ looks
to be a great piece of software and congrats to the authors.
My problem is that I have two images, separated by a period of time, of
the same thingy. These images are taken by a CCD camera through a
microscope and unfortunately some movement has taken place between the
two images being taken. Now when I want to combine, subtract, the two
images to see what's changed, it appears as though, due to the movement,
that everything has changed, when a manual visual inspection shows only
a tiny change. Is there something in ImageJ that will somehow be able to
"automagically" remove the translation?
I know I can zoom in on the same feature in the two images, find coords
and then manually do a rectifying translation.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated,
Andrew Lowe
