UCSD plug-in doesn't show up in Window 64 bits ImageJ

Lu, Pat
I am having problem with the UCSD plug-in loading into 64 bits ImageJ but no problem with the 32 bits version.  Has anyone encountered the same problem and know how to solve it?  I am using ImageJ to analyze Fluoview image files, without this plug-in all the parameters of Fluoview setup are lost, are there ways to solve this problem without using UCSD plug-in?

Thank you for helps,

Pat

Hi Pat,

Did you try the Bio-Formats Importer plugin? It supports Fluoview format,
and should not drop your metadata (though please let us know if it does).

Hi Curtis,

Thank you for your suggestion.  I will try Bio-Formats Importer and let you know whether it works for me or not.
