URLs to movie?

Is there a way in the ImageJ applet to take similarly named URLs and combine it into a movie?  Perhaps by passing a single URL applet parameter that streams back multiple URLs?  Or perhaps multipart MIME streaming back to the applet?  Web Services?  Has someone done this in an applet?
