This isn't really about using Image J but, as most people here are
microscope users I thought I'd ask.
I'm having some trouble implementing wide field illumination on my
microscope using a fibre coupled laser as my light source. Everything is
fine until I try to implement Kohler illumination. It's still leaving me a
with a darkened section in the field of view (Left hand side).
Has anyone else experienced this and can anyone suggest a solution. I'm
quickly running out.
