UnwarpJ apply to image stack >2 pictures

carina_ib
Hey,

I produce image stacks of 100 to 200 images. The images all need to be adapted to the image at the position first. Is there any possibility to apply UnwarpJ to more than 2 images simultanously, while using the same target image for all source images?

Cheers
Carina

Could StackReg (q.v.) work for this?  It can do rigid body and affine
adjustments.

Hello Carina,

Yes, you can do that. Just register the first slice of the two stacks, save
the transforms and apply them the save transforms to all other slices
within a macro.

Let me know if you need help with that.
