Use Java 7 for ImageJ/Fiji on OSX

Hi,

Now that Java 7 is finalized and available for OSX from Oracle (see
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk7u7-downloads-1836413.html),
is there a way to run ImageJ/Fiji using Java 7? At this time it seems that
the launcher still uses Java 6 and does not care about the Java version set
in the Java Preferences panel.
