Hi,
I am actually working on gafchromic film to evaluate a dose.
I managed to tranform my image from gray levels to optical density by using the curve fitting tool and the rodbard fit.
The next step is then to transform the image from optical density to dose with the same tool. However I have to use a user defined function so I can't apply the transformation.
Can you help me to do so ? I'm a newbie in programming so I hope there's no need to create a macro ><
