User defined filter for ImageJ

Hi,

Just wondering if there is a plugin that allows the user to specify the
coefficients of a 3x3 (or larger) filter?  I'd like to do some
horizontal smoothing on RGB images.

Does Process>Filters>Convolve... what you want?
