Using AreaList to split (part/separate) another AreaList in TraKEM2

L'assegnista
Dear List,
I'm importing an automatically segmented stack of images as AreaList in
TrakEM2 using a script from Albert Cardona. Than I'd like to separate the
parts of this AreaList that overlap with other, semi-automatically drawn,
AreaLists (the latter define specific sub-regions of my sections).

The 'k' shortcut does something similar but I have to redraw a ROIs and
merge the separated AreaLists (over more than 200 layers per stack!)
Any hints on how to do the part/split/separate operations using AreaLists will
be greatly appreciated!

Federico

Albert Cardona-2
Dear Federico,

The answer, as you may have anticipated, is to write a script!

Best,

Albert
