Hello! I'm using ImageJ to analyse photoquadrats from a rocky shore, although I've never used ImageJ before! I was just wondering if anyone knows how to accurately analyse barnacles using imageJ? Ive managed to estimate percentage cover for most of the seaweed using the area selection tools, however some of the seaweed is positioned rather awkwardly to accurately estimate percentage cover in this way! I was wondering if there are more accurate ways to estimate seaweed cover using imageJ?
