Using Imagej with a Quickcam Pro for Notebooks

Hello,

I would like to be able to directly capture a 970x720 image from my Quickcam Pro for Notebooks and import into imagej. I've seen a lot of stuff for firewire, but nothing that can import the quickcam, which uses WMVs.

Any suggestions of plugins that are nice and user friendly and don't involve custom coding? I am running windows xp.
