Using MosaicJ in macros

I would like to make stitches of z-stacks using MosaicJ. I have batched the process to create .txt files for PreMosaics for each z-slice. Now I would like to write a macro that automatically
1. opens MosaicJ
2. loads the PreMosaic for each z-slice
3. creates the mosaic

I know how to launch mosaicJ from a macro, but then I seem to have to do step 2 and 3 manually. Is there a way to write a macro to perform steps in mosaicJ?
