I have ImageJ jar distributions 1.37j and the Analyze Reader plugin.
When I select File|Open and select an analyze format file, it reads it in.
(The Plugins men also shows that the Analyze Reader is installed)
I also have the ImageJ sources whose version is 1.38m.
When I run the sources from Eclipse and select File|Open, it issues an
error message that the file is not in
one of a list of formats (which does not include Analyze). HOWEVER. if I
go to the Plugins menu and select Analyze Reader, it reads in the file
correctly.
Why this difference in behavior? Is there a setting somewhere that causes
this?
