Varian .fid and procpar files

Hi,
I have some image data from an old Varian NMR machine. Data is contained within a directory as follows -

directoryname.fid
fid
procpar
log
text

I am trying to find a way of reading the raw binary fid into imageJ and converting to image data. Anyone have any ideas?
