Try Image5D
http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/image5d.htmlAfter you put the jar-file into the plugins-directory you get sub-menu
Plugins->Image5D.
For your application there is a plugin "RGB to Image5D". This converts
your RGB-Stack to an Image5D with three channels and a slider to select
the displayed channel.
To view all channels at the same time, select "ovl" in the dropdown-box
above the slider. This replaces the slider by a control with a field for
each channel. Each field contains a square checkbox that controls, if
the channel is displayed or not.
You can control brightness and contrast of each channel individually
with the Adjust->Brightness/Contrast dialog of ImageJ. To select, which
channel the dialog acts on, use the round radiobuttons in the fields.
When you click on the "Color" button, you get a control to edit the LUT
of a channel.
You can save and open Image5Ds with the respective plugins, so you don't
have to use "RGB to Image5D" every time you want to view an image like
this and you also save the display settings you chose.
All this also works with more or less than three channels. Just you
cannot use "RGB to Image5D" to make an Image5D from your data. The
plugins "Open Series as Image5D" and "Stack to Image5D" are meant for
this case.
All the best,
Joachim
