Virtual stack opener

Michael Herron
I am using the Virtual stack opener plugin and when I try to open any
TIF the files are "grayed out" in the dialog box.  (Mac OS 10.4 ).

The Virtual Stack Opener plugin opens a folder of images, not a single
file, so you can only select folders in the dialog box. It is similar
to the File>Import>Image Sequence command but, instead of loading all
the images into memory, it only loads the one you are currently
viewing.

dealing with Video File

Michael Ji
hi,

I wonder if it is possible to process video file
directly in ImageJ?

I am thinking to convert video file to photos and
process photos instead.

I prefer the second idea. What you think?

thanks,

Michael,

Depending on your needs, Cinepaint is already designed for just this
application.  Not that ImageJ couldn't be an option, but there are
other choices.
