Volume Viewer Example File

Hi all

I am doing an artikle about Image J. I am a medicine student, and therefore i need a sample file/stack.
Thorax, head, brain... something like that

Where can i find such sample stacks?
I cant open the Dicom Files i already have, so i need a sample stack of some sort

Help pls!
