Hi everyone!
I'm trying to compute some volumes from sets of dicom files with the plugin Yawi3D. Area computations for an adhesive in my data sets work fine, but I'm experiencing problem to compute segment consisting of air. I need to find the area for this segment in order to compute the total volume I'm intrested in. Is there a restriction which make it impossible to define segments of low intensity (-1024)? I'm greatful for guideance in my image processing. Is there other plugins I should give a go (for volume measurements from dicom files)?
