I am new to ImageJ. I would appreciate it if anyone could help me with
my analysis.
I am trying to measure the volume fraction of blood vessels in my stacks
(brain microcirculation), and I have found a macro for vascular network
analysis (

When I compare the maximum projections of different stacks, there is a
noticeable difference in the vessel density in these stacks, but the
results from this macro are showing that the vessel volume in different
stacks is relatively similar. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding
the volume fraction (3D) measurements? Do I need to do
filtering/thresholding before running this macro?
