Volume reconstruction

Breyan Ross
Does anyone know a plugin or a way to reconstruct the 3D volume of a set of
images rotating along one axis?

Let´s say 360 images > 1°per image = Volume of the object

Thanks

It sounds like what you want to do is tomographic or filtered backprojection. There are quite a few algorithms out there that do this:

You will need to tweak the settings to suit your imaging geometry.

Best regards,

Michael
