Just a quick note to say that I've fixed-up one of my old macros, so
that it's a) quicker and b) does what it's meant to do.
VolumeFractionOfBone takes an image set (e.g. a microCT stack) and
measures the volume fraction occupied by thresholded vs non-thresholded
pixels in an ROI. It also measures mean grey level of the ROI, and the
mean and modal grey levels of the thresholded pixels (i.e. mineralised
bone matrix in our images). You can set the top and bottom slices to
analyse with [j] and [l] respectively.
