Hello group - I'm having a problem with 360-degree cine rendering in VolumeJ
since upgrading to ImageJ 1.3 or later. I have made many such renderings in
the past from BioRad .pic files (z-series from laser scanning confocal
microscope). Since upgrading my ImageJ.jar (am now up to 1.34s) the VolumeJ
cine renderer stops displaying images after completing about 200 degrees of
rotation. The renderer continues to run and (blank) images continue to be
added to the rendering so that all frames are there, but as I say the last
160 degrees are completely blank. This happens on all machines I've tried -
two of my laptops as well as my desktop (dual-3.4GHz P4, 2 GB RAM with 1 GB
avail to ImageJ), so it's not a machine-specific issue. Anyone else have
this problem, or any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
