VoxBlast > TransformJ

Jeffery, Nathan
Hi All,

Need some advice. I am trying to replicate in TransformJ some oblique slice planes originally defined years back using VoxBlast. I have the slice plane data from VoxBlast which appears to be rotations x, y, z and d (e.g, 154, 313, 72, -2).

I’ve tried all sorts of tricks (e.g. flipping between x,y,z before rotating) but cannot get TransformJ to reproduce slice planes that look anything like the original VoxBlast slices (I have single jpg views for a few datasets). Unfortunately the e-mail on the VoxBlast webpage no longer works.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Cheers
Nathan
