hi, I would like to set different ROIs on jpegs arranged as a stack. the first is ok, but as I move to th enext and set another ROI, it automatically converts the ROI I selected on the previous picture as a mirror image of the last ROI drawn. Once this problem dealt with (I expect advice from somebody smarter than me...:), how can do a voxel counter, given the fact I know the distance betwen serial pictures in the stack? every tiem I select analyze- voxel counter, it doesn't recognize my stack.
