"Wait for User" plugin download site

Hello all -

I have a macro written by a student that uses the "Wait for User" ImageJ plugin.  I don't have the plugin, though, to run his code.  Could someone point me in the right direction to download the "Wait for User" plugin - Google has been a lot less than helpful.
