I would be very grateful if somebody can tell me about the Wand tool.
I am using Mode: 8-connected, Tolerance: 150.0
When I left click a region on a CT scan of the head, the Wand outlines a region. If I place the cross hairs on the pixel outline and left click, the region will expand. Is the Wand increasing the tolerance which is why the region expands? How much does the Tolerance increase by? Is Tolerance a range of grey levels and 150 means 150 grey levels?
