Dear Thomas,
The author of FeatureJ wanted to have more controlled over his own code so
all ImageScience plugins are still available but need to be explicitly
selected in the list of update sites. Go to "Help > Update...", then click
on "Manage update sites" and check the "ImageScience" box.
